Q: How do I get a claim form?
A: We have now gone online with all of our promotions so a downloadable claim form does not exist.
Q: What is the difference between the promotion purchase period and claim date?
A: The purchase period is the valid period in which you can purchase the product for your claim. The claim deadline is the last day that you can claim by.
Q: What documents do I need to supply for my claim?
A: You will need to supply your proof of purchase via uploading to the online claim form or via post to the handling house for your claim to be validated and fulfilled.
Proof of purchase includes a copy of your product purchase receipt along with an image scan or photograph of your product barcode and serial number.
Note – please make sure the image is not blurry and the text is easy to read.
Q: Where can I find my product serial numbers/model numbers?
A: Serial numbers can be located on different parts of the product boxes. This will be specified on the individual claim form.
For example Lumix G lens serial numbers can be found on a white sticker which says ‘Lens No’. These stickers can sometimes be found on the flaps of the boxes so you may need to open the box to locate it. See image of barcode below for reference.
Q: I have lost my product box so cannot take an image of the product serial number.
A: If you do not have your product box, we would be able to accept images of the serial number taken from the product itself.
Q: Who are the participating retailers?
A: For cashback or product promotions any UK retailer selling UK stock (not second hand) will qualify as a participating retailer. For warranty promotions, please check for retailers not participating in the promotion on the claim form.
Q: How will I receive my payment? (cashback offers only)
A: There are three methods that you can receive payment.
- Via cheque which will be delivered to your home address in the post.
Note – cheques must be used within 6 months from the date of issue. - Via PayPal.
Note - PayPal charges may apply. - Via a Pre Paid Visa card.
Note – this option is only relevant for specific promotions. Please refer to the individual online claim form.
Q: What is a Visa Prepaid card?
A: You have the option of receiving your cashback on a special Visa Prepaid card. Full instructions for immediate use will be included with your card. Your Visa Prepaid card will arrive within 28 days of us receiving all documents, pre-loaded with your cashback amount. There’s no set up or registration – it’s ready to use anywhere that accepts Visa.
Q: How long will it take to receive my payment?
A: The time it should take to receive payment for cashback offers is 28 days from the date the handling house receives your claim and all supporting documentation.
Note - you will receive your payment faster if you upload the supporting documentation online.
Q: How long will it take to receive my free product/s?
A: The time it should take to receive your free product/s will depend on the type of product promotion. You can check the dispatch period via the specific promotion Terms and Conditions.

Q: How long will it take to activate my warranty cover?
A: The time it should take to receive your warranty certificate is within 40 days from the date the handling house receives your claim and all supporting documentation.

Q: The dispatch deadline date has passed and I still haven’t received anything?
A: If you still have not received your claim and the dispatch date has passed, then please contact us via the Customer Support page and select the type of promotion you are claiming for.
